a rapidly expanding hongkong company with branch located in zhongshan is looking for a high caliber candidate to provide professional secretarial and administrative support to its senior executive and for assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned.

to be successful in this role, you have to be a team player with:

- a university degree with 5 years secretarial experience, of which at least 3 years serving senior executives.
- willing to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines
- highly systematic, organized, detail-minded, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- mature, independent, reliable, tactful and with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- excellent command of spoken and written english and fluent in mandarin and cantonese.
- proficiency in pc skills e.g. ms excel, word, chinese windows.
- immediately avaliable is preferred.
